Mary Carmen Sierra
With a solid academic foundation in Interior Architecture from the School of Architecture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Mary Carmen has built an outstanding career spanning nearly two decades. As the founder of L’ATELIER, she has shaped a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from hotels and commercial spaces to restaurants, offices and private residences.
Throughout her professional journey, Mary Carmen has developed exceptional expertise in comprehensive project management, coordinating all stakeholders — clients, architects, procurement teams and builders — to ensure flawless execution from the initial concept through to final delivery.
Her distinctive approach to strategic branding, particularly within the hospitality and restaurant sectors, has enabled her to create environments that seamlessly integrate brand identity, interior design and experiential essence — resulting in memorable spaces that elevate the guest experience and stand out in high-end markets.
