First Stay Real Estate Offices

This new-build project was developed for First Stay Real Estate, located within the Central Zenter shopping centre in Playa de las Américas.

The design of the new offices was conceived to reinforce and elevate the brand image, adopting a sober and refined aesthetic aligned with the company’s identity.

Architectural vinyl wall coverings with defined linear patterns were introduced, alongside a colour palette dominated by black, oak and anthracite grey. These elements shape a sophisticated and contemporary environment, fully consistent with the exclusive positioning of the business model.
