This project involved the transformation of a former holiday apartment building into an exclusive 21-room boutique hotel. Located in the heart of Adeje’s historic centre, the new property offers a distinctive hospitality experience within a setting rich in charm and character.
Each of the 21 guest rooms was thoughtfully designed using a palette of blues, whites and sand tones, evoking the serenity of the sea and sky. The interiors are intimate and carefully curated, featuring soft textiles that enhance warmth and comfort. Designer lighting fixtures with adjustable warm illumination highlight key elements throughout, adding a layer of understated sophistication to the overall concept.
The reception area seamlessly integrates with a welcoming lobby and a small buffet space, creating an inviting environment where guests can enjoy a morning coffee, work comfortably or unwind with a drink in the afternoon.
In addition, we designed a striking rooftop featuring a pool and snack bar, elevating the hotel into a true retreat defined by tranquillity and contemporary elegance.
