Single-Family Residence — Playa Paraíso

This project involved the complete transformation of a 1970s villa, carefully preserving its Mediterranean essence while introducing a renewed architectural identity.

The design centres on a palette of whites, natural wood, woven fibres and stone, creating a fresh yet welcoming atmosphere. The home is organised around a central courtyard which, together with the surrounding gardens, allows abundant natural light to flow throughout the interiors. Built-in bespoke furniture elements define both the living area and the primary bedroom, while natural stone takes centre stage in the bathrooms — achieving a refined balance between rustic character and contemporary design.
