At L’ATELIER Interiorismo, we are currently finalising the details of the new show home for AEDAS Solum, a residential development by AEDAS Homes in Tenerife.
This project is rooted in design, sustainability and a deep connection to its surroundings. Our role has been to shape a functional, harmonious and light-filled space that brings these values to life.
Located in a privileged coastal enclave with views towards La Gomera, AEDAS Solum comprises 160 residences with two, three and four bedrooms, designed to accommodate diverse ways of living. From our studio, we developed the full interior design concept for the show home, carefully refining every element to convey balance, authenticity and wellbeing.
A Show Home that Reflects the Essence of the Development
The AEDAS Solum show home has been conceived as an extension of its natural environment. Every element — from the furniture selection to the colour palette — has been chosen with intention, creating a home where light, texture and tone interact effortlessly.
The proximity to the sea played a key role in the creative process, influencing the choice of neutral shades, organic materials and textiles that evoke calm and freshness.
At L’ATELIER Interiorismo, we see every project as an opportunity to create emotion through design. In this case, we pursued a contemporary yet warm aesthetic that reflects the philosophy of AEDAS Homes: building sustainable, functional residences designed around the quality of life of those who inhabit them.
