Single-Family Residence — Playa de las Américas

This project involved the furnishing and interior styling of a single-family residence located in a residential area, defined by a minimalist aesthetic that emphasises open-plan layouts and a strong connection to the outdoors.

A refined palette of whites, silver tones, marble finishes and natural woods creates a serene and luminous atmosphere throughout the home. Designer lighting fixtures act as statement pieces, introducing a sophisticated focal point within the clean architectural framework.

Geometric wallpapers add texture and subtle dynamism to the interiors, complementing the property’s modern and elegant character.
