At L’ATELIER, we believe that spaces have the power to move us, to connect and to tell stories. That is why we are especially excited to be working on the comprehensive renovation of Hotel Los Dragos, in the south of Tenerife. A seafront enclave with its own distinctive soul, now reinterpreting its identity through a renewed design language.
This project allows us to transform not only the guest rooms, but also the communal areas, introducing a fresh perspective — more vibrant, more dynamic and more aligned with today’s traveller.
A New Way of Living Los Dragos
From the outset, the premise was clear: to create a hotel with character, authenticity and soul. A space that speaks of warmth and colour. One that moves away from the conventional to explore a more vital and genuine aesthetic.
The design is built upon an energetic colour palette — corals, mustards and blues — infusing each space with optimism, balanced by noble materials such as oak and beech wood, which introduce warmth and natural texture.
The result is a hotel with a distinct visual identity, conveying joy and personality from the very first step inside.
Designing to Connect
Los Dragos has always been a hotel with a strong identity, and that well-defined character has been the starting point for this new chapter.
At L’ATELIER, we propose a design approach that embraces a more emotional dimension. We sought to move beyond the typical sun-and-beach narrative, creating interiors that invite guests to linger, to enjoy and to remember.
Natural light, organic textures and spatial layouts designed to enhance comfort define interiors where every design decision has been made with the intention of creating emotion.
Because at L’ATELIER, we do more than design spaces — we create atmospheres that listen, emotions that speak.
A Hotel that Evolves Without Losing Its Soul
This comprehensive renovation is also an opportunity to honour the history of Los Dragos while projecting it into the future.
It is a redesign that does not erase the past, but rather amplifies its essence and authenticity. A project that reconnects the hotel with its surroundings from a more conceptual, more honest and more contemporary perspective, aligned with evolving lifestyles.
Very soon, we will unveil the result of this transformation — a project where every colour, texture and piece of furniture has been chosen with purpose: to give life to a hotel that looks towards the sea with new eyes, expressed through the language of emotional design.
